Work Preserves Human Dignity

Islam honors self-reliance and dignified effort. Working honestly—even while fasting—protects personal and communal dignity.

Fasting does not call Muslims to dependence or withdrawal. It strengthens the resolve to earn lawfully and serve honorably.

In societies that value productivity, this ethic resonates deeply. It shows that Islam produces contributors, not burdens.
